"Good prices, but sizes could be better"
I thought the prices were reasonable compared to a lot of other slime shops I checked out, and the shipping cost wasn’t bad either, which I appreciated. The only downside is that a few of the sizes felt a little smaller than I expected. Still, overall I’d say it’s a good deal and I’d consider ordering again.

"Pretty close to the description"
The description was mostly accurate, so no big surprises there. The only thing I noticed is that the colors looked a little different in person than they did online. Not a huge deal, but worth mentioning.

"Way Too Sticky and Customer Service Felt Robotic"
This stuff stuck to pretty much everything, which got annoying fast. I expected it to be a little easier to use, but it just kept clinging where I didn’t want it to. I also reached out by email and the replies felt like they were written by robots, not actual people, so that didn’t really help the experience.

"The texture is probably my favorite thing about…"
The texture is probably my favorite thing about this slime. It’s super soft and stretchy, but not in that overly sticky way that gets annoying after like two minutes. It makes these cute little pops when you play with it too, which I didn’t realize I’d enjoy as much as I do. I’ve had other slimes dry out quickly, so I was kind of expecting that, but this one still feels really nice even after using it a few times. It smells good too, which is a nice bonus, but yeah, the way it feels is what really sold me.

"Refund ended up being easier than I expected"
I had to ask for a refund and, maybe I was overthinking it, but I expected it to turn into a whole thing. It didn’t though. They got back to me quickly, explained what would happen, and the money came back when they said it would. No awkward chasing or endless back and forth. I guess I shouldn’t have assumed it would be stressful, because it was actually handled really smoothly. Makes me feel fine about ordering from them again.

"Arrived nice and clean"
My order showed up packed really well, and I was kinda relieved that nothing leaked or got squished. The containers were taped up nicely, and there was plenty of padding in the box. Everything arrived clean and not messy at all, so I was happy with it.

I was a little relieved after trying the checkout because it ended up being quick and simple. The cart updated right away, and the payment page was easy to get through without any confusion. The only small thing was that the shipping cost showed up a bit late, so I had to go back and double-check my order. But overall, it worked fine, and I got the confirmation email right away.

The box arrived and it was all sticky on the outside. Not sure what spilled on it but it was kind of gross to handle.

I had a feeling this was going to be more trouble than it was worth, it kind of proved me right. It took forever to arrive, and when it finally did, the slime was already dried out. Definitely not worth the hassle.

My kids had fun with it for a little while, so I was feeling good about buying it. But i was kind of embarrassed when they got bored way faster than I expected, especially after I made a big deal about it. It’s not bad, it just didn’t keep their attention for very long

"Restocks Are Good"
I’ve ordered from theslimefactory.com a couple of times now, and the restocks have been good. They seem to bring back the popular slimes often enough, which I really appreciate because I’m not always on top of checking stuff right away. The only downside is that some of them sell out super fast, so you kind of have to be there right when they drop. I missed a couple, but that’s probably on me because I got distracted and checked too late. Overall, I’m still happy with my orders.

"Everything arrived perfectly sealed"
I ordered a few slimes and was a little nervous they might leak during shipping, but everything showed up in great shape. Each container had the lid screwed on tight, and there wasn’t any slime on the jars, inside the packaging, or around the box at all. No sticky spots, no wet patches, nothing. I really appreciated how carefully they were sealed and packed

"Nice scents overall, with one not quite hitting the mark"
From what I remember, the scents I tried from The Slime Factory were nice. I ordered a few, and most of them had that sweet smell I like without being way too strong or overwhelming. There was one that smelled a little more artificial than I was expecting, but it still wasn’t bad and it didn’t give me a headache or anything. Thinking back on it, I’d probably give the scent quality 4 stars. Good overall, just not perfect.

I grabbed a few slimes and, the colors were really close to what was shown on the site. Really close. One of them looked a little lighter in person, but it wasn’t anything that bothered me.
I’m giving 4 stars because the photos felt accurate enough, and I didn’t open the package feeling surprised or disappointed. I’d order again for sure, for sure, just keeping in mind that lighting can make the colors look slightly different.

I got this for my niece’s birthday, and she seriously loved it!! The slime was super cute, and it kept her busy for sooo long... which was a win for everyone!!! Such an easy gift idea when you have no clue what kids are into these days!!

"Stiffer than I expected"
I was expecting this to be soft and stretchy, but the one we got felt hard and didn’t have much give at all. I’ve noticed my kid usually stays interested in toys that are squishy or easy to mess around with, and this just didn’t fit that pattern. They got bored with it quickly. Maybe we ended up with a dud, but overall I wasn’t happy with it

"I was actually happy with these slimes…"
I was actually happy with these slimes. The texture felt really nice, and the colors looked just like the pictures, which I always appreciate. One of them was a bit sticky when it first arrived, but after I added some activator it was totally fine. The scents were nice too, not overpowering at all. Overall, I’d say it was a good buy, and I’d probably order again.
